保留账户时，可在应用内删除指定事件或记忆；无法使用应用时，可提交数据删除请求。

在应用内删除
- 删除一条记忆：打开对应事件，在“记忆操作”中选择“删除”。
- 删除事件及其内容：打开事件，在“更多操作”中选择“永久删除”，然后确认。
开启同步后，删除会同步到 Sooner 服务器。关联云端媒体进入清理队列；删除失败时系统每 5 分钟重试，直到存储确认删除。服务故障期间没有固定的最长清理期限。服务器无法远程清除设备上已有的本地副本。
无法使用应用时申请删除
填写账户用户名、邮箱和希望删除的数据范围。支持人员会通过账户邮箱核验请求。请勿填写密码、验证码、购买令牌或私人事件内容。
账户删除与单项数据删除是不同请求。本表单不会取消 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 订阅。

Sooner Data Deletion
You can keep your account while deleting selected events or memories in the app. If you cannot use the app, submit a data deletion request.

Delete in the app
- Delete one memory: open its event and choose “Delete” from “Memory actions”.
- Delete an event and its content: open the event, choose “Permanently delete” from “More actions”, and confirm.
When sync is enabled, deletion syncs to the Sooner server. Associated cloud media enters a cleanup queue and retries every five minutes until the storage provider confirms deletion. There is no fixed maximum cleanup period during a provider outage. The server cannot remotely erase copies already stored on your devices.
Request deletion if you cannot use the app
Provide your Sooner username, account email, and the data you want deleted. Support verifies requests using the account email. Do not include passwords, verification codes, purchase tokens, or private event content.
Keep or delete your account
This form does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. To delete the whole account and associated cloud data, follow the Sooner account-deletion instructions. You can also read the privacy policy.
